| THANKSGIVING ...expressing gratitude as we take inventory
of God's blessing in the past, present and promised in the future |
| SINGING ...making melody in our hearts unto the Lord
with spiritual songs |
| MEDIATION ...taking time to focus on truth about God and
His ways...that we may apply it to our lives and be transformed |
| LISTENING ...being receptive to God's directives for the
day |
| PRAISE ...ending prayer with specific adoration of
